But what really struck me and what I am going to reinforce with nurses and physicians is the implied personal commitment she makes when she says to a customer, "I will take good care of this for you". Imaging if every nurse and physician would say to patients, "I/we are going to take great care of you (or your loved one)"'. Yes some do communicate this, and when they do it reduces anxiety and builds trust in patients and families. Thank you for the great service. I have to say at first I wasn’t too happy with the service department , I came in during what appeared to be a rush and it took a minute to get to me in the line of people . I became frustrated immediately having a bad judgement The two service girls were rushing with paper work but as soon as they made eye contact they at least smiled and greeted that they’d be right with me . I was pleased by the comfortable waiting area and enjoyed they had two sections to choose from for more space or a more relaxed area . And loved the premium snacks! Erica updated me many times and I know she could tell I was becoming impatient. became a long wait and after waiting over an hour for my oil change I was recommended repairs of over $1000.00!!! Wasn’t expecting and after waiting it had me to a embarrassing level ... Kimberly the customer service manager quickly got involved as I’m sure I had Erica un easy, and her Calming way about her was refreshing ! She took me from that angry impatient person we hate to be and had me giggling and warmed up! She got personable and didn’t make me feel I was at the dealer anymore ! Even offered me chocolates referring them as a way to sweeten up my experience ! John and Richard sat down with me explaining the technical breakdown of my repairs and eased my mind of the repair costs . And even went the extra mile to call my husband so didn’t mess up the explaining of things ! WAy to go guys ! As a women we feel people are trying to take advantage of us but sometimes just simply taking the time to listen and have things explained really makes a difference

In the last year, I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Bill Ray Nissan, and both times my experience has been picture perfect. I recently purchased a Nissan Titan for my son at Bill Ray Nissan and everyone I worked with from Brian Ray to JD, Bo and Phil were awesome to deal with. The nice part about this dealership is that after they sell you a car their service is top notch in the industry. March 2019 We chose Bill Ray Nissan body shop for our auto claim repairs (it was a preferred shop for our insurance carrier and ten minutes from our house). Our car was ultimately totaled out, but I feel compelled to highlight wonderful service we received at the body shop. The shop manager, Neil Thompson, was extremely communicative and kind during the process. We had to coordinate a tow from the yard to the shop (Neil made an after-hours call to confirm when our car arrived). He took the time review the working estimate with me over the phone before it was submitted. And while my husband and I never got the opportunity to meet Neil in person, when we arrived on a Saturday morning to clean out our personal effects, his brother was available and had all paper work ready as soon as we arrived. Would not hesitate to utilize this shop in the future.
March 2019 The service department team at Bill Ray Nissan provided excellent friendly service. Upon arrival Heather Nelson introduced herself, listened to my concerns and went into action. She took charge, explained in detail what was needed in order to fix the problem in my 2018 Murano. Her expert knowledge, friendly smile and courteous manner are extradionare and make the visits to Bill Ray Nissan a wonderful experience. It is a wonderful vehicle but proved to be too large for us. In the interest of brevity I will sum this up by telling you we had the VERY BEST car buying experience EVER at Bill Ray Nissan.

We wish to thank you for all your GREAT service during the past 9 years. You and your dealership represent one of the BEST Nissan dealers, and car dealers that we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Your straight-forward and honest approach is quite unique in today’s world of car sales. We feel very Unfortunate that we cannot continue to avail ourselves of your products (Great Nissan Maxima, Platinum) and service, however, the vehicles we have leased from you are cars that we keep and use in New Jersey, and the transportation is our main problem. We are no longer able to drive the return cars back to Longwood, Florida, and drive the new vehicle back to New Jersey. The logistics of doing that are simply not possible for us anymore.
Therefore, we have been forced to put ourselves in the hands of other dealers, and that has inspired this correspondence, because you see you have SPOILED us with your no-nonsense, honest, straight-forward approach to sell or lease. Whatever you quoted us for the lease, was EXACTLY what it came out to be in the end. We didn’t have to endure the “mood” of the manager who would take hours to jockey the price, and there were no additional “surprises” when we got to the finance person. How Unusual!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, please post this letter for ALL to see!! Send a copy to Nissan! We just wish we could have the pleasure of doing business with your dealership again. We were NEVER disappointed or disillusioned…… which seems to be the modus-operandi of the current dealers today…. Not specifically Nissan, but many others out there. We thank you for the many good years of driving pleasure with our Maximas. It is truly OUR LOSS not being able to be served by you and your great dealership again!!!!!
